We provide private offices, window offices, interior offices, team suites, and virtual
office plans.
What is included with a private office?
Your office includes furniture, high-speed internet, utilities, janitorial services, and access
to shared amenities.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No. We offer flexible terms—short-term, annual agreements, or up to 24 months.
What are your business center hours?
Members have 24/7 access. Manager and Receptionist available during business hours
Monday through Friday 9AM – 5PM.
Can I tour the office before signing?
Absolutely! We welcome tours by appointment.
Pricing & Billing
How much do your offices cost?
Our all-inclusive private offices start at $800/month for an 80 sq ft interior office, with larger suites
available up to 294 sq ft. Virtual office plans start at $75/month. Meeting rooms are available from
$25/hour. All private office rates include utilities, Wi-Fi, receptionist, gourmet coffee bar, and

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, check payment, ACH, and online payments through the
tenant portal.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A partial refundable security deposit is required and is based on your office type and
term.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Yes—electricity, water, and internet are all included.
Do rates increase at renewal?
Renewal rates are reviewed annually. We strive for fair, competitive pricing with minimal increases.
Move-In / Move-Out
How soon can I move into an office?
Many offices are available for immediate move-in once the agreement and deposit are
received.
Can you furnish my office?
Yes. We provide standard office furniture with executive chair and two guest chairs at no
additional cost.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Absolutely—you’re welcome to customize your space.
Do you allow painting or decorating?
Yes! You may personalize the space with approval. We offer our standard paint color or
can use your selected color.
What happens at move-out?
Return keys and leave the office in good condition. Any damages besides normal wear
and tear may be deducted from the deposit. A standard refurbish fee will be deducted
from the security deposit on file, refunding the remaining money.
Amenities & Services
Do you offer high-speed internet?
Yes—secure high-speed internet is included with every office.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the center?
Yes, Guest Wi-Fi is available in all common areas, as well as member Wi-Fi for clients in
contract.
Do you offer phone services?
Yes. We provide local business phone numbers, call forwarding, and voicemail options.
Do you have meeting or conference rooms?
Yes—members can reserve conference rooms by the hour or day.
Is mail handling included?
Yes. We provide mail and package sorting, placing it in your office by end of day.
Do you offer reception services?
Our front desk staff greets guests, accepts deliveries, and assists members during business
hours.
Is there free parking?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available. The parking lot is right outside the front
door of the building, ground level. No parking garage or long walk to get to the building.
Do you have a kitchen or break area?
Yes — members enjoy access to our complimentary Business Café, featuring gourmet coffee,
espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and tea available throughout the day at no extra cost, along with a
shared refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.
Are cleaning services included?
Nightly janitorial service is included for the common areas including the conference
rooms, kitchen, and restrooms. Weekend cleaning for each office including vacuuming
and trash removal.
Virtual Offices
What is a virtual office?
A virtual office gives you a professional business address, mail handling, and optional
phone services without renting a physical office.
Can I upgrade from a virtual office to a physical office later?
Yes—many clients start with a virtual plan and transition into an office as they grow.
Can I use the address for Google Business Verification?
Yes, our address qualifies for business listings.
Technology & Security
Is the building secure?
Yes. We offer 24/7 controlled access, surveillance cameras, and monitored entry.
Do you offer IT support?
Basic network support is included. Additional IT services may be available upon request.
Is printing/copying available?
Yes. Members have access to a multifunction printer for printing, scanning, and copying;
priced per page, added to the monthly invoice.
Reservations & Usage
How do I reserve a conference room?
You can reserve through our online portal or by contacting the front desk.
Can I host guests or meetings?
Yes—guests are welcome. Reception will greet them upon arrival and call to let you
know they have arrived.
Do you allow after-hours access for meetings?
Yes, with approval, only for office clients who have after-hours access to the building.
Business Needs
Can I register my business at your address?
Yes, your office or virtual plan includes business address use.
Do you support mail forwarding?
Yes—we can forward your mail weekly or monthly for a standard monthly fee + postage.
Do you offer notary services?
Yes, notary services are available during business hours.
Can I receive large packages?
Yes—Office Clients’ package will be placed in their office at no charge by end of day.
For Virtual Clients there is limited storage space for larger packages so we simply ask to
be informed of the upcoming delivery and for pick up to be prompt upon delivery.
Policies
Are pets allowed?
Service animals are welcome. Other pets require approval.
What is your guest policy?
Guests must check in at the front desk and are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea
while they wait.
What happens if I need to cancel my agreement?
Cancellation terms depend on your specific lease. Please speak with management for
details.
