Is your mailbox address a commercial address?
Yes! Our location is a commercial address. Unlike PO boxes, you will be able to receive letters and packages from all couriers. We are authorized to accept, sign, and receive everything under your name or your company name.
Can I sign up for a mailbox if I do not live in the U.S.?
Yes, a non-U.S. resident or someone living outside the U.S. can sign up for a mailbox. In most instances, you may use your local identification for verification. Other than a few exceptions, you can also have your USPS Form 1583 notarized by a local or online notary, or we can do it for you in the office free of charge.
Do I need to submit a USPS Form 1583?

When can I pick up mail?
Our business hours for mail pick up are Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM.
Can I get the mail forwarded to another address?
Yes, you can add the mail forwarding service at any time for a small nominal charge . We forward mail every Friday.
